What is RECCO Crew?

RECCO Crew is an innovative, story-based approach to developing an entrepreneurial mindset in young children — the attitudes and behaviours that help them thrive in learning, relationships and life.

Through a cast of engaging characters and carefully designed stories, children explore:

R

Resilience

Bouncing back when things don't go to plan

E

Empathy

Understanding others' feelings and perspectives

C

Collaboration

Working together and valuing different strengths

C

Creativity

Imagining new ideas and solutions

O

Optimism

Believing that effort and learning lead to progress

These are not "business skills". They are life skills, and research shows they are most effectively developed between the ages of 5 and 7.
