Raising creative, resilient change makers — from the very start
RECCO Crew is a character-led learning programme for Primary 1-3 that helps children develop essential life skills through story, play and discussion.
Designed by educators. Grounded in research. Loved by children.
We offer free classroom resources and practical teacher workshops to help you embed resilience, empathy, collaboration, creativity and optimism into everyday learning.
What is RECCO Crew?
RECCO Crew is an innovative, story-based approach to developing an entrepreneurial mindset in young children — the attitudes and behaviours that help them thrive in learning, relationships and life.
Through a cast of engaging characters and carefully designed stories, children explore:
Resilience
Bouncing back when things don't go to plan
Empathy
Understanding others' feelings and perspectives
Collaboration
Working together and valuing different strengths
Creativity
Imagining new ideas and solutions
Optimism
Believing that effort and learning lead to progress
These are not "business skills". They are life skills, and research shows they are most effectively developed between the ages of 5 and 7.
